Located at 29/535 Zillmere Road, our newest facility will offer the same trusted services you know from our Grange location, plus a brand-new recovery centre designed to help you train harder and recover smarter.

Gym memberships and personal training in Zillmere, Elevate FIT group fitness classes, our youth athletic development program, exercise physiology and physiotherapy, and our brand-new recovery centre featuring saunas, cold plunge, warm plunge, ice baths and compression boots.
