Welcome to Gym Grange, Elevate Training Centre’s home in the heart of Brisbane’s northside. This is not your regular gym — when you join Gym Grange, you’re joining a community that cares. When you come into our gym, you will feel welcomed, you will make friends and you will want to come back.

We are situated just 10 minutes from Brisbane CBD, with easy access from surrounding Brisbane northside suburbs including Wilston, Alderley, Newmarket and Stafford. There is plenty of on-street parking, and easy access via public transport.

Whatever your fitness goals, Gym Grange has something for you. We work in small group sessions and one-on-one training, fostering a welcoming atmosphere where you can train without judgement. All body types, skill and fitness levels are welcome and will thrive in our space, and we have a designated area for kids to play safely while parents enjoy their workout.

Our Grange personal trainers bring a wealth of experience across strength and conditioning, exercise physiology and injury rehabilitation, so whether you’re just starting out or training for competition, you’ll find the right program at Gym Grange. We also run Elevate FIT group classes throughout the week, giving Grange locals access to 30 sessions across six days.

You’ll find Gym Grange at Grange Thistle Football Club, 1A Prince St, Grange, QLD, 4051, with swipe card access seven days a week from 3:30am to 10pm, so you can train whenever suits your schedule. Gym Grange offers gym memberships, personal training and Elevate FIT group fitness classes, and if you’re after fresh air further afield, our new Zillmere location is opening soon with its own dedicated recovery centre.
